For the last 3 1/2 months I have had no real period.All I have is brown and black discharge that last for 10 days then I stop for 2 wks then it starts up again.I hadn't really thought too much into it since I stopped taking bc in may due to my husband getting "snipped" and I thought it was just old blood.But in the last 2 cycles I have been getting severe cramps that I don't normally get.I am more tired than usual,I have no sex drive and most of the time it hurts to have sex. I have no appetite half the time and have lost 8 lbs in the last 3 wks. (below 100 lbs now).My vagina has really starting hurting with the last 2 periods to the point a few days ago I could barely sit down.I have had discomfort before during periods but nothing like this.I called my OBGYN and they are so over booked that they said that if I was in that much pain to go to the ER.I have a scheduled pap smear in 2 wks that they will check to see how I am then.That the brown/black periods are just old blood.
And of course trying to diagnosis yourself on the internet just makes things worse.My moms entire side of the family has had every female disease and cancer that there is.Not sure what to do now.Please help...
