Please help me understand what happened in the matter of 10 minutes.
I am 19, slightly sick with a sore throat but nevertheless good. I had been waiting for the bus for about 20 minutes. During the first 7 minutes I had a cigarette.

Here's when it happend. Suddenly I felt like I was going to have a bowel movement, but not in my stomach, everywhere. Then my vision changed; It's exactly when you're lying down and you suddenly get up, but this lasted for around 10 minutes. My head felt like concrete rubbing against the inside of my skull, breaking all the nerves. I felt almost like I had way too much to drink (I haven't been drinking in over a month). I could only process the need to escape, faint, and throw up. In that order. I was feeling of normal temperature before, but during this, I was freezing, with goosebumps and cold sweat. I have no idea what happend, I just knew it was intensely uncomfortable. This has never happend to me before.

Additional information: for breakfast at around 7:00am I had a bagel and juice, birth control and a multi-vitamin. I was waiting at the bus at around 8:30am. I slept in early last night (about 11:00pm). Nothing unusual. Except the incident.

Please offer any ideas, I'm probably overreacting, but any information at this point would be of help.
