Hi,
I'm looking for some answers online, because the doctors I've seen haven't been able to help me. I'm suffering from vegetative dystonia. Long story short - I have learned to deal with it. Sometimes when I eat something that is even remotely bitter (like lettuce or paprika) I get sick, it starts by pain in solar plexus area and ends up with an episode of vegetative dystonia. I start hyperventilating and get dizzy, I can't see well, everything gets pink and I faint. This has happened before, quite a few times. I try to avoid anything that could cause these episodes, however, not always you can control what's in your food.
Any answers that could help will be much appreciated. I don't know if there is anything I could take to reverse the effect of the bitter food in my digestive system. I'm feeling sick right now and I'm tired of doctors not being able to find what's wrong with me.

D
