Q: Bites or rash ?

I have bites or a rash i don't know what they are but they won't go away
i have gone to two different doctors and both have told me there are just ant or spider bites and given me creams but I've now used both creams to there full prescription and gone back to the doctors only for themto give me the same cream over again.
