Q: Bite on finger

I think its a bite at least. A couple of days ago I noticed a white pimple, so I thought on my right index finger, right about the knuckle. It's infected I believe now, and it feels hotter than the other fingers. It's swollen and the skin is tight around the bite( i think its a bite). Its got pus and blood coming out too.
