Central texas area was outside had hand on door frame of house. in between my pinkie and ring finger of left hand, i began to itch horribly. within 2 minutes i washed my hand and used lotion thinking it was dry. in about 30 seconds my ring finger began to throbbing like nothing before and noticed that it was red and swelling, it also is hot like fevered. i washed it again with hibacleanse and took a benadrel and am icing it. time happened was 12 am ish and now all the veins in that hand are very much buldgging out.. there does appear to be 2 very small dots very close together maybe a 16th of an inch apart..what is the next step? what do i look for and how long do i wait to see what will come next? please help dont want an er visit. i'm a nrcma and just can't think what i should do!
