birth control question, nuva ring

I have been on Nuva Ring for 2 weeks after switching from a pill contraceptive, but without a break in between * i didnt want to get my pd*. Now after not taking the ring out, and ensuring it was high enough in (i had my bf put it in) im bleading like on a pd. initially i took it out, but after looking at some site, put it back in after about 30 mins and just put a tampon in also. y am i bleeding?
