Alright, so here goes, let's just say I am a worried friend.

My friend (a girl) had unprotected sex after on being on birth control for 2 or 3 days. This was on a Saturday, the 26th of July to be exact, around 9:00 pm. She said her boyfried pulled out right before he ejaculated, but may have had some pre-cum get in her. Realizing how big of an fool she was she went to a CVS the following Monday and bought a Plan B package. She took it at 3:00 am Tuesday morning (She called me) and went to sleep, and took the second pill right on the dot at 3:00 pm Tuesday. She was well withing the 72 hour time period, so she should have an 85% chance of not being pregnant as advertised. She has light to moderate bleeding 12 to 13 days later, which lasted about a week. She had light brown spotting there afterwards, and then began her regular period right when she was taking the brown pills of her birth control.

Basically, the question I am begging you to answer is "Is she pregnant?" She has become highly constipated (now), but has had no signs of being prego besides that. Possibly back pain, but heck, if you sleep wrong that happens. Could the constipation be just due to bad eating habits? Is the birth control acting adversely with her body? I mean by all my calculations she shouldn't be, but I am worried for her.
