So I was thinking about going on the pill to help alleviate the breast pain I get for about a week before my period. It gets really bad sometimes, to the point where I don't want anyone touching them and they feel bruised and hurt when I'm just sitting there or walking around. However, I've heard some other things about the pill which concern me. First of all, I've heard that the pill can sometimes make breast pain and other PMS-like symptoms WORSE. Also, I've heard that it can kill your sex drive (and ability to get aroused/orgasm). Lastly, a lot of women say they make your breasts bigger. What percentage of women does this happen to and are there specific pills known for this? To be clear, I do NOT want my breasts to get any bigger than they are. I am a DD and it is already hard enough to find clothes/bras that fit me properly. As an aside question, do your breasts get smaller again when you go off the pill? Also, I am waiting for marriage to have sex, so I don't need the birth control aspect of the pill and my periods usually are fairly short and aren't that bad, aside from the breast pain I get and maybe a few cramps. Would it be worth it to try out birth control pills?

All those side effects from the birth control pills, you have heart, are possible but each woman feels them individually. Some women may felt many severe side effects and some may not feel any side effect.
Birth control pills should help to relief the PMS-symptoms. But if you are planing to get married and to conceive soon I wouldn't recommend you to start taking birth control pills. By the way pregnancy should relief you from PMS but can also make your breasts bigger.
