Q: Birth control pills and progesterone cream

I am currently on a birth control pill and have been for over 10 years. What are some of the uncommon side effects to the pill? Severe fatique, weight gain, depression? While I'm on the pill, can I use progesterone cream? Are there any side effects to using both at the same time?
