YES! and thank god they do! i had VERY irratic irregular periods and when I became sexually active I would stress out every single month not knowing when/if it was going to come, went on yaz and they have been very regular..its so nice!

My friend said I shouldn't do anything for the first month because the pill won't have time to get into my system till after bout a month. is this true?
