birth control - generic form of Yasmin

Hi there,
I have been on the generic form of Yasmin, called Ocella since December of 2008. I would love for my long term, live in boyfriend to feel comfortable coming inside of me. When is the best time for him to do this? Obviously not during my ovulation, however, is it o.k. during menstruation? On a side note, I am 25 years old and have been experiencing vaginal dryness, could this be a side effect of the Ocella? I feel like I am too young to be experiencing something like this. Could it be due to dehydration? Please help!!!
