After many years of being on birth control since being a teen, I got off the pill and my body did not seem to like it and after a roller coaster of 10 months of no periods, and then bleeding a few months straight, and then the worst was when I had severe pain and I was just gushing blood and have to have an emergency D&C which helped me. I did not have a miscarriage and my gynie said he found nothing wrong with me. So he put me back on the pill and told me to take clomid starting on the 5 day of my next period for 4 days. I am a little confused because he made it sound like I could get pregnant this way...but I would still be on the pill too? Is it possible for that to still happen?
