I have actually been trying to see what other ppl on this forum have tried nothin too helpfull but I've been doing some research n' I just started taking Omega-3 fish oil caplets. The amount you take seems to vary-probably on how severe your bp is but it looks like anywhere from 1,000-6,000 mg/day helps. Look it up =) If I need to I'l prole buy some B-vitamins too but i want to see how well the fish oil alone works first =)
