My name is jack, for the pass three years i have been suffering from many sympton which i personally thought was normal for any other individual. I am now nearly 17 and i have some many depressive moments, for example i had near sucidal experience when i walked in front of a car. i have many bad thought to do with sucide. some times i feel so good and i think i m invincible and full energy, at the moment i have had worst amount of hours of sleep than ever, i thought it was just normal. Until i started research these sypmtons to find that it could be bi-polar. to be honest i have some rough patches when i hate myself to the limit. i hate talking about it. i can't talk about this with anyone, i hide it in front of everyone. sometimes i can't control myself and have massive outrages. i think i need help but i just don't know what to do.

1st of all I'd go see a doctor and find out if you are bi-polar or not. Then I would talk to them about these suicidal thought's you are having. You need to talk to someone in the professional field about this. Even if you aren't bi-polar, you could be depressed and you need to seek help there.
suicide isn't the way to go. It's a quick fix for the person, but I know from experience that it leave's a family tore up for the rest of there live's. I hope I haved answered your question a little.

It could be just depression you are having also. I'd really consider going to a doc. These thing's don't go away by themselve's. If you can't go to a doc. you really need to talk to a family menber or a close friend. You need to be able to talk to someone.

You sound like my son
My son is 20, and feels like you do. He has been diagnosed with Bipolar, and is on meds. The meds do not take away the severe ups and downs, but make them less often. He is a rapid cycler, meaning he can be way up or way down several times a day. Do you still live at home? If so, what do your parents notice?

You may be interested in reading my son's story...I wrote an ebook called Bipolar Monster, which goes through all the symptoms he had and what he went through from age 5 through age 20. You may see yourself in his story. I'd suggest, since you are 17, to let your parents know how you feel.

Good luck, and may God bless you as you search for help for your feelings.
