I am trying to get pregnant. A friend
offered his sperm. My concern is that he
has bipolar. Could that be passed on to
the child?

Yes. It can be hereditary.
Why do you wish to be a single parent? How

If you are truly considering a sperm
donor, I would get a couple medical
history. Bipolar is very hereditary.
