I've been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, but the depression side is far more prominent than the manic side (haven't had a manic episode for 5 years). I am therefore on 300mg of Lamictal and 60mg of Cymbalta, along with 1-1.5mg of Klonopin/day to treat my symptoms of depression and anxiety.

My husband and I have decided we'd like to get pregnant, and I'm wondering if it's safe to continue taking these medications, or if taking them could in any way keep me from getting pregnant.

The only concrete information I've been able to find says not to take these drugs for the last few weeks of pregnancy to prevent withdrawl for the baby, but there is not a lot of information for pre-pregnancy or pregnancy stages.
