Q: bipolar disorder symptoms or not?

i am 22 year old female and i am not sure if i have bipolar disorder or not. my symptoms are that i cry alot, talk really loud, become impulsive and aggressive and laugh at no particular reason. plus i have problems concentrating. my mind keeps wandering off and i seem to remember exact conversations with people that i have had years ago. i am scared and i have no idea what i have. please help me..thanks
