I was diagnosed with bipolar a few years back. Through many different meds they have found some that work for me. Bipolar 1 is my diagnosis. I am on 150mg lithium in the morning 150mg lamitcal morn. welbutrin in morn. AND 2 150MG litium at night. I have two young children is this to much for me and my insides?

Your medications are within the standard dosing for an adult. More importantly is how you feel. If you are feeling pretty level and stable don't rock the boat. If you are having break through episodes it may be time to talk to your doctor about the medications.
