Can stress put you at risk of developing bipolar disorder? Read here for information on risk factors which increase the likelihood that someone becomes bipolar....
Bipolar is difficult to diagnose as an illness ... but bipolar symptoms are usually accompanied by extreme changes. What are the symptoms of bipolar disorder?...
Does anyone notice their appetites are linked to their moods? Usually when the more depressed I am, the more I eat, though I do it quite a bit, usually impulsively the "happier" I am. But I've noticed I've had random bouts of eating disorders when I'm in this "happy" state too. Nothing serious...usually just fasting for one day or so, cutting back on calories and being really obsessive about writing things down and yeah more often bulmia-type stuff. It kinda feels like when I'm really depressed and I am really out of control. I don't know...Has anyone else had anything similar to this?

Lately thought I've been happier, cut back calories majorly and lost weight. I'd probably get diagnosed with another eating disorder if I saw my shrink, so I'm not

Comfort Foods
It’s pretty common for most of to eat more when we need what are called feel better foods. Chocolate has to be the biggest feel good food out there. But I also think there is a point of where feeling depressed that we almost stop eating entirely.
Also with us nutters, we really need to watch what we eat in regards to the medications we take. Some of these medications cause us to eat more and pack on the weight.
