Bipolar, ADD and Aspergers MED question

I have been diagnosed with Bipolar, ADD and Aspergers. I am currently prescribed lamictal 50mg a day. Wellbutrin 150mg a day. I find that I am very spacey. I think its from the wellbutrin; I read that it inhibits acentacholine receptors in the brain (which take care of concentration and memory) So I was thinking of getting adderall or ritalin for added focus/productivity cant do strettera because interaction with the wellbutrin. BTW most of my problems are stress related due to underperformance in school/work because I cant seem to focus. Which leads me to feel guilty and sad. Leading me to Bipolar actions. I think that if my focus/productivity/self worth, was improved I would be fine and live a good stable life. At the moment I may be "level" but definatley not happy. Im not depressed I just know if I could focus better my life would get a whole lot better. What say you about the Add meds in my position? If you have a better idea for meds let me know.
