Q: bioidentical hormone replacement therapy

I like my doctor but when I visited him to discuss bioidentical HRT he did not know a thing about it and apparently believes the "facts" put out by big Pharma. He referred me for "reliable" information to knowmenopause.com which I was disappointed to discover is just a propaganda site maintained by Wyeth (who brought you those dangerous synthetic hormones that gave cancer and strokes to the women in the WHI study). I had serious problems in the past from Premarin and Activella and won't go back to synthetic HRT, but I can't live with my severe menopausal symptoms, either. Rather than switch MDs I would like to offer him to some legit medical resources that he might be willing to take seriously. Can you list any sources?

Biodentical Hormones

You will have to find a Dr. or Womens Wellness Center who believes in NHRT.

I am going back on Biodentical Hormone Therapy to see if it will help relieve my Peri-Menopausal symptoms.

I had neck surgery and was taking so many Meds. Now that I'm off most Meds. I want to re-evaluate to see if NHRT will help with my Migraines, Fatique, Insomnia, Crawling Skin, Mood Swings and so on..Best Wishes, D.White

HI ladies,

I will stay on BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement) I started having Rapid Heart beat wake me from my sleep, Scary! It took about a month but, by using the Bioidentical Progesterone Cream, I have not been having the problem. I am a firm believer in the stuff.. It works and it is NOTHING LIKE HRT PREMARIN & all of the other deadly things we should NEVER TAKE, I have never and will NEVER! Most doctors try to tell you that the HRT and BHRT are the same they're NOT. I feel great after using Progensa 20... I would say to all Women considering taking anything they should do there research, I did; it paid off!
