Q: Bio identical hormones

I have just started taking bio identical hormones.
Everything has been going well. I am on day 16 & am having the same symptoms occur of peri-menopause. Sleeplessness, reflux & anxiousness mostly before going to bed.
Makes me feel helpless when this occurs.
Do I keep on the BHT or take sleeping tablets & natural vitamins??
Confused.

You would have to ask your doctor or a Pharmacist this question...I think either one of these people could give you a good answer....
