i also feel dizzy or my brain spins really fast that i do not get the chance to hold on anything i just fall and i cannot get up, i feel that i cannot feel my body moving Question

please help me i am so worried it might be something bad.

a benign cyst? a benign cyst is a cyst that has no cancerous etiology, usually nothing to worry about. if the cyst is near your brain or spinal cord or any vital organ, you need to be checked on by a doc.
