Hi,
I have been eating very healthy: low fat, low carb, low sugar, high protein, lean meats and vegetables, working out 1-2 hrs a day etc.
Yesterday, I had a binge of sorts. I went to a Mexican restaurant with co-workers and I ate a bunch of fatty foods: mexican pizza, quacamole, more cheese, chips, and 2 beers. I ate A LOT of this food.
After I got home, I was nautious, my stomach hurt very badly. It hurt so much I made myself throw up to release the pressure on my stomach. (Im NOT Bulemic, first time Ive done that) Then I proceeded to poop 4 TIMES! One of three times I pooped (in about 45 min), the normal poop started coming out as a liquid- just streaming out.
Okay so all of that said, I am wondering what I did to my body? Was the unhealthy, processed and fatty food just too much for my digestive system to handle so I pooped it all out immiediately? Or was it simply that I ate a lot of food that made my stomach hurt so badly and my body processed food like normal just super fast- processed ALL of that food within two hours after I ate it?
I am curious about these answers? Thank you.

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum.

From the history provided, it seems that the combination of binging and overeating did in fact result in your discomfort, nausea, and vomiting.

Eating within a short time resulted in a gastro-colic reflex and immediate bowel movements.

Return to a normal daily routine and good dietary habits will prevent such episodes in the future.

I hope this helps.
