Boyfriend has big solid bumps ( not open sores or warts) on sack. The strange thing is they keep getting bigger. I keep asking him what they are but he says its nothing and they been there for a long time. These bumps are only on his scrotum sack. Its strange to me because I never seen a guy with solid bumps on his sack some small bumps and then big bumps that grow as time progress. I just need an answer
