There is a large bump on the gum right above my two front teeth. So when I smile, it shows. It's like a lump of a excess gum. It seems like it's under the labial frenum and connected. The piece of gum on top of it is like "stretched skin" or "stretched gum". There's also a bump behind my two front teeth. Is there any way to get rid of it? Oral surgery? Home remedies? Anything? It's really embarrassing. Sad
