Hi Charlie, and Congrats on your pregnancy!
I'm 19 weeks along in my pregnancy, and only started showing about a week ago. This is my first child so I too was REALLY anxious to get my baby bump. It was really weird cause it seems as if one night you go to bed looking normal or maybe a little heavier than normal and the next day you wake up and your baby bump is there. So far to this point it's been one of the more exciting moments, as you feel the urge to rub your belly and for the first time ever let it all hang out. So I guess it depends on everyones body type I was pretty small before i got pregnant, about 95lbs, and a size zero, so the Dr said I may show earlier than some, but not really. Hope you have a Happy and healthey pregnancy, and before you know it your baby bump will be here too!

Thank you very much and congratulations to you. I'm petite also and was unsure if that would cause me to show later or earlier. Looks like later... Its fine with me, as long as my little one is healthy.

I am 9 weeks and 6 days pregnant and I start noticing my belly growing since I am 6, I know is not the baby, maybe fat?? jaja And I am thin so its weird, I had to go and buy maternity pants since my jeans are so tight that I couldn't wear them no more!!

you physically can not start showing (due to the baby) until after 12 weeks, because until then yoru uterus is still tucked under your pubic bone, before that any "showing" would be bloating.....that being said most people start shoing around 20 weeks (some could show before some after, i personally didnt show with my daughter until about 30 ish weeks) it also depends on how you are built and how big your baby is, if you are short you will show sooner because the baby doesnt have as much room so it has to grow "out" and if your taller the baby can grow "up" so you show later.....does that make sence?

Whatever Idony, I started showing in my second week!

i am 8 weeks and 3 days today i started showing 2 days ago! i just woke up and it was there! i am only 5"2 though so that would make sence! i also have had to buy new cloths etc.. its my first too!!!!!

I am four wks. And you can see my tummy I am told it is just bloating but I dont care its still there.

same here, i know mine all all bloat.. but its still there and i still look pregnant so to me , i call it "showing" and i love it lol

With my son I started showing at 12 weeks. I too, belong to the petite club. 5'2" 110 lbs. With my daughter I did not start showing til about 20 weeks but man....wow. I just POPPED outta nowhere. Carried her LOW too. Overnight, I turned into a waddling watermelon with legs.

Around 11 weeks.

My uterus kinda came out of it's 'shell' around 20wks, but I didn't pass the 'still just fat' mark until around 33wks. I'm also 5'9" and 200lbs with 'childbearing hips' like my mom, lol.

I am 11 weeks 5 days and nothing showing at all. My belly still as flat. Only my hips are growing and boobs.. none of my bra fits... and my bust looks awesome!! Lke av done a boob job...
Whatever the case all am looking forward to is the blessing in this God given womb...

Willa, you are full of it. At 2 weeks you don't even know you're pregnant yet.

This will be my second baby. My son is 11 months and I had a c-section. My husband knew before I did b/c of my bulge. Whether it is bloating or back to back pregnancies I am in good shape but started showing at week 4!!!! I am still fitting in my jeans but have a def bulge that looks like I am getting thick around the middle.
