Q: bf made sex tape

I was with my ex bf for 1 yr & 3 months. We were sexually active with each other & he recorded us having sex without my consent{well, he SAID that he taped it, but I havent seen it, but his friend said he seen it, but his friend could be lying} {btw i was 14 & he was 18...I'm 16 now & he's going on 20} Now, is there ANYWAY I can get the police involved and have them get him to distroy it??{if there is one} Could he go to jail for it?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

We broke up months ago, and this is the ONLY thing thats keeping me connected to him.

Please help me.

Actually you have something to bribe him with. He could get in a crap load of trouble for having sex with a minor. Use that against him to get the tape. If he doesn't listen tell him you will go to the police and tell them what is going on.

Yes you can definately use the fact that you were a minor to your advantage. IF you wanted to he could go to prison once that tape surfaced to the police.

I think even if she didn't want him to go to jail, he would anyhow due to her being only13-14 when they were together and him legally being an adult. that is just gross and insane.

thats a good point. Be careful with the police. They do not take statatory rape lightly.

I hate to say it, but older guys with younger girls usually only want one thing and that a young peice of ....

I too was in your shoes. No sex tape involved but I was 15 and he was 23. Thats even worse. he almost went to prison.
Just be careful of the older guys. Yes they are sexy and fun but they also can have other motives.

my advice: dont cry and beg him. i had small sized videos and pics before, but the guys din dare to do anything after i left them. one who was 10 yrs older did blackmail me to go back to him with the video, i ignored him and nothing happened after that.

i'd tell your ex-b/f that you want to meet him in front of the police station NOW! Name your set time (whatever time you want). tell him he will HAVE TO have your sex tape in his hands (and the ONLY DAMN COPY OF IT) or you will go in to the police station and report him.

Don't give him a chance to string you along for even an hour, much less a day. don't give him a chance to make duplicates of the tape, etc. just call his ass on it and if you don't see him in front of the police station, then turn his ass in!
