I do indoor spinning, in my house and it works great. I lose about 10 pounds a week or more. I just do 1.5 hrs per day. it works great to get the fat off my body.

What exactly are you trying to do? Tone, maintain, build? No matter what you decide having a good cardio routine is essential in maintaining your desired goals. Also, it is important to have a well balanced diet. Jump rope and lunges work miracles!
