Q: Best way to plan without birth control?

Ok, we're just starting off so bear with me.. My wife and I got married 3 months ago and have been actively trying to conceive. We plan on getting her pregnant the first year. We don't use birth control, so I was wondering (on average) how long it should take? Also, any couples out there who don't use birth control? We plan on having more children but I'm wondering if there are some ways we can help space it out in between?

Thanks

normally takes a healthy couple up to a year to concieve, but if you time it right with ovulation you could well make this happen a lot easier. you could ovulation kits to see when ur wife is ovulating or... if she has regular periods count 14 days before her next one is due, thats when she will normally ovulate. then have intercourse every other day..3days before and 3days after ovulation.. as for ur other qustion about spacing out in between, well i know u dnt use birth controll but u could concider condoms for a while?

No birth control and no condoms.. We were thinking of doing withdrawal during her fertile times.

Yeah that could be possible.. What about not being able to get pregnant while breastfeeding?
