Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sometimes the tubes can get recanalized spontaneously after a few years. To check the patency of tubes, go ahead with getting a HSG (hysterosalpingogram) test done by your gynecologist. If the test shows patency of tubes, (along with normal functioning of ovaries), you can go ahead with your pregnancy plans. If tubes are blocked, and non-patent, then you will have to undergo surgery for tubal reversal to make them patent and then try for pregnancy.
If tubal reversal cannot be done (or if you do not want to opt for it), you can consider discussing about other options like IVF, ICSI etc with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
