ok here is my question....when is the best time to have another baby? is there a certain age that your first child has to be?

there is no age you child HAS to be..
you just got to think about can you handel your first child at ___ age and a newborn... it is best to wait abit after having your first child so that you body has had some me time to itself without having to make baby after baby.
