Q: Best Kept Secret for sore piles & sore bottom

I have had 4 years of being so sore and used every treatment i thought going until I had my colon removed, now as I have constant diaherra I am using cavilion cream available from chemists, it is a double barrier cream and the best I have ever had, a friend even used it on her piles and said the relief was so much better than anusol etc. I wish I had this cream years ago and cant rate it highly enough nurse
