Q: belly growing but negative HPT

my stomach is changing shape and seems to be getting bigger week by week. So i took tests and got negative responses. i have gotten my period twice which would seem to confirm me not being pregnant even more. but theres just something about my stomach that is getting weird, its like hard but squishy at the same time. i have constant lower back pain and am getting random weird pains in my abdomen and i randomly get nauseous. is there any way i could be pregnant? i have heard of stranger pregnancy stories. if not any suggestions on what could be wrong with me? i would be about 3 months right now if i was

go to the dr. and get a blood test to confirm. if your not then maybe you have a cyst or something else is going on...Good luck!!
