Q: Belly cramping and stomach hardening

i wanted to know as to why i have been feeling cramping in my belly and my stomach harding as well i have some nausea and i also feel tired to i had a period it was very light . the last day i had sex was on the 14 of june and i started my period on the 19 but it was light not normal for me what can this mean

What is not normal? Did you have a regular normal period last month? Do you know your cycle?
