Q: belly button itching and pain

i have just started itching inside my belly button and it has pain and a drainage,I have not changed any lotions, shower gels or laundry detergent. i also have a line of about 2 inches across the back of my head that is itchy and painful. any suggestions

Itching, pain and drainage from the belly button could indicate some local infection. Allergic disorder like contact dermatitis is also possible but it is usually accompanied by infection, too.
That "itchy and painful line of about 2 inches across the back of your head" could indicate skin infection.
Local antibiotics, antiseptics and steroids could be useful.
You can consult your primary health provider and some dermatologist if necessary.
