Dear Doctor,

I have a bellybutton pain for three days. The first day there was no discharge only very bad pain and inside the bellybutton my skin was in pumped out form. The next day it has gone and discharge appeared. So I went to see the Doctor, since the Doctor doesn't speak english I couldn't get the answer about what it could be.

Now it's my second day seeing doctor and having injection plus cleaning the inside my bellybutton. I was a little afraid first. I could understand that I have infection.

Actually, I tried to smoke few days ago before this happened. Even smoking irritated me I smoked and I am blaming this for pain reason.
Besides that I had to carry very heavy thing one day before the pain.

I was wondering what might cause this pain and discharge.
Is possible that smoking can cause infection or heavy thing lifting?
How can I take good care?
