Q: Belly button causing pain in penis

I am almost 35 and for years when I touch the inside of my belly button, it shoots pain down thru and to the tip of my penis. I have heard of it being caused by a hernia but I am sure that is not the case due to it has been happening for years. After speaking to several of my friends they have commented about the same type of shooting pain. I have never asked why but am now really wanting to know now that my two year old daughter enjoys poking my belly button. Thanks.......
