HI I am a 36 year old who has had this problem for years and it seems to be coming more frequently. I sometimes will get pain and discomfort after eating and it only goes away after I belch for a couple hours. When I say belch I mean some really good ones and it is constant until i start to feel better usually a few hours later. sometimes I throw up to. I have tried to see what sets it off so I dont eat onions in anything or anything spicey but lately it seems to happen with anything. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks and No I have not seen a doctor about it and it has been happing for at least 12 years. Thanks
