Am being sick after every single thing i eat, big or small been going on for over a month now, been to doctors and they said gastritis took the medication and its not getting any better.

I have alot of mental health problems, but am not on any medication any more, also have taken a few big overdoses and just starting to think maybe its due to them.

Any help would be great

I read your question and i understand your concern. Stress can trigger gastric discomfort like gastritis and IBS. You need diet lifestyle adjustments. Visit our IBS health center for further guidance.
