Q: Being Bi Polar

I was dignoticed when I was a child as being bi polar. And raised in group home. However when I became of age, I stopped taking all my meds. I was on lythuim and 4 others. But as I am now in my 30, I am noticing that it is getting real hard to control my moods, and anger is one of them. And for awhile I will be ok, and then i will be anger for weeks sometimes for no reason, but every thing set me off. What I guess I am wondering is do I need to be back on my meds. I really hated taken them, and my hair fell out because of them. But I am noticing that I may not be able to handle it as i once thought I could. I am surprised I have kept a job for as long as i have. Could you please give me some advice.

Thank you
