you will start noticeing hot flashes cant sleep and yr periods will stop,4 about a year and then they will come on and off, im 47 an i start last year with all of this and im still going though it now, it just part of life.

if yr worry about the whitening just ask yr docter. how offen do u get periods? my periods stop last year when i gave up smokeing and went off the pill, then i notice then i was not getting any periods at all, as i went to the docters for test and yes im going through menopause.
im -20 dont ask not shaw what that means, so the doc put me on medz to stop the hot flashes watch im getting bad.
got some medz trying them out hope they work....
