Im a pretty big guy, about 210 pounds, 5'12, I have alot of fat on me, I'm trying to lose it as fast as I can and really tone my muscle. I dont have any access to a gym or anything like that so I need some help on what I can do at home. Thanks.

Start with walking for 40 min. a day 4 to 5 times per week. Eat better, start by making a life-style change.

I am a personal trainer, and I recommend to all my clients to work out 3 to 5 times per week for 30 min or more. Walk, ride a bike, run, climb stairs, play ball, what ever, just move more. Then you can find a park, and do some crunches, pull ups, lunges, squats on some play ground equipment.

Fat will NOT go away "FAST", it takes time, and a lot of work. Please trust me, 6 months of eating health, exercising and a postivie attitude will you only then see the results you seek.
