The brown stuff is simply old blood. It sounds like Yaz has caused some minor bleeding/ spotting. It is not enough blood for your body to release it quickly. By the time it exits your vagina, the blood is old. Old blood turns darker/ brownish and congeals. It can be messy during sex, but it will not mess up your next period.

Hi, My first birth control was Yaz. It caused me to have a period for 2 weeks straight. I went to my doctor and they had to change my birth control. Just be aware..If any bleeding that you feel is not normal go to your doctor.

There's no way to know how long it will last.
