Q: been noticing something bout my guy...

we went to sears one day looking for an AC unit for our apartment cause it was sooooo hot,and we were just looking around the home appliances section and he saw this nice washer and dryer and he stopped. i looked up at him expecting him to say something like " the price is too high" rite. but he looked at me and said "when we get a house we should get some like these."

i blinked, smiled trying to process what he had said and just left it alone. it shoked me that he is considering a big step like that with me. its too sweet to keep it to myself i just had to post it! Very Happy

i catch him saying things like that all the time now specially when were shopping around, i dont want to make a big deal of it but im jus wondering anybody else had this happen? lol im just like wow, i guess we might just be together for a long time if hes considering things like this with me lol Smile

it is cause its definately something i never thought hed say. we even tried enrolling in a gym and when he was fillin out the paper work he put under status "spouse wife". lol again i didnt want to get overly excited even tho my minds like "aww does he really think of me like that, is he possibly considering a future with me?" ive never had it happen before so its something super special specially cause hes like mr ex military super serious when it comes to matters of the heart etc lol

My boyfriend's been doing that lately, too. While talking about our friend's engagement ring and how she wanted some extra diamonds on it, he joked, "Well you're getting whatever I pick out!" Also, while discussing the groom's ring and how he wasn't getting platinum, my bf said to me, "I want platinum."

And while looking at pictures of that same friend's wedding (the couple cutting their cake), he said, "I'm going to use a samurai sword to cut our cake."

It's nice when they say things like that. Girls always get a reputation of getting so caught up with engagements, so it's nice to see that while they're usually quiet about it, the guys are thinking about it, too.

So good luck to you with that! Hopefully he'll be popping the question soon!

thats so true lol and i take it to heart cause hes not the type to share his emotions readily. we had a little to much to drink one nite that we were alone, no friends no disstractions and he was looking around at all our furniture and stuff so i asked him whats up. he got emotional cause he saw everything we had we got it together as a couple, a team. he said he was so glad im the one he built his first home with, jus thinking about it makes me tear up lol it gave me some serious insite and im glad im the one that made it happen Smile

lol were fostering two 1 week old kittens right now, so when i ask him to help me clean em up he says " when we hve kids im not cleaning poopie diapers and that includes kittens diapers babe" lol its hilarious. oh the kitten dont wear diapers by the way lol
