If you had periods just three days after sex, and it was close to your actual periods date, then you are less likely to be pregnant. The reason being, that you were very far from your ovulation date. However, if you had sex, and the periods came mid cycle—almost 10-14 days before your actual periods date, then this could have been ovulation bleed. In this case, you can conceive. Hope this helps.
