Hi There! I am Ali from Pakistan I am 23 male. I am having Becker Muscular dystrophy from the age 15. now it has been grown up a lot. And in last 6 years I have done a lot of masturbation and seen a lot of porn movies. Because of disease and my habit of masturbation now I am extremely weak.
I am from last 3 or 4 years living in complete and continuous depression and in extremely demoralized status got no interest in life not even in anything. But my parents are putting a lot of pressure on me to get married so I would have to maybe in next few months. I am very much concerned about few things specially about my sexual health I am confident generally but sexually I am very much confused.
The biggest problem I would have that I can’t have sex in normal way which means male should be on top. I can’t afford to put pressure on my back in any way. And I am afraid because of this I would not be able to satisfy my partner. Plz tell me what I can do.
