Hi I'm a 32 year old female who just discovered what I thought was a big pimple on the side of my bottom, feels like a large lump and a lot of the hair follicles above the lump are red and look like a whole lot of pimples. I have taken a photo which I will try to post on here. Basically it looks like a rash but I've had itchiness and tenderness there for about the last week - week and a half and I just assumed it was the beginning of a pimple/boil. But when I was showering I looked at it and saw that it was not. I'm quite worried.
