Q: Basal Body Temp

I am trapping my monthly Basal Body Temp. The temp. When I see my graph. The temperature is up and down. Before my cycle comming my body temp goes high and with in a couple of days it goes down and i get in cycle.
So my problem is when we need to do intercourse? How we can understand I am getting ready for eggs.?
Hope I will get simple and descriptive answer
